产品描述:

本品内含抗荧光淬灭剂,有强烈的抗荧光衰减作用。样品封片后避光保存2-3 周,可最大限度延长荧光持续时间和维持荧光发光强度。操作简单,封片时用移液枪滴一滴抗荧光衰减封片剂,盖上盖玻片即可。封片后不脱落,可永久保存。

抗荧光衰减封片剂内含 DAPI 即 4',6-二脒基-2-苯基吲哚(4',6-diamidino-2-phenylindole),是一种能够与 DNA 强力结合的荧光染料, DAPI 可以透过完整细胞膜,可用于活细胞和固定细胞的染色,显微镜下可以看到显蓝色荧光的细胞。DAPI 和双链 DNA 结合后,最大激发波长为360nm,最大发射波长为 460nm。

产品规格:

5 ml、10 ml 和25ml 包装,每一 24 x 24 mm 盖玻片用量约为 20-40µl。

储存条件:

4℃运输,收到后 4℃避光保存 1 年。严禁冷冻。

使用方法: 

1. 吸去载玻片上的液体,略微晾干残留液体;

2. 取 20-40µl 封片剂滴加在载玻片样品处;

3. 盖上盖玻片。盖玻片规格为 24 x 24 mm 或 24 x 60 mm 大小; 

4. 轻轻压盖玻片,用滤纸小心吸除盖玻片周围多余液体,尽量避免气泡;

5. 直接进行荧光显微镜观察。 

注意事项: 

1. 荧光物质均易发生衰减,染色后的样品宜避光保存; 

2. 在使用抗衰减封片液的情况下可以减缓衰减,但仍宜尽量避光和尽早拍照;

3. 为了您的安全和健康,请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作;
